Our test unit is very accurate and sensitive (compared with a more expensive brand that we have). The variation is within 0.2C. We like because it comes with the clip and sleeve pocket clip, so you can use this for milk pitchers and also kettles. You can switch between C and F unit. This thermometer works perfectly with our kettle pourer (insert through the lid)
