Always first WHO then WHAT
It has been 2 years since we started up this business. At the beginning, we often asked ourselves "what can we do today so that we could be better tomorrow?". And we come to realize that, it's not the "what" is more important, but the "who". Not knowing what is required to do the job well, and not knowing what our guys are like, is like trying to run an espresso machine without knowing how its parts work together.
In the end of the day, our ultimate goal is to create an engine that works so well that we can watch a beauty happen
